I'll be hosting a beginner Animal Flow Taster session.
ALL Beginner skill levels welcome.
 
Animal Flow is a movement discipline primarily focused with contact with the ground... BUT... This session will cater for those who may not feel comfortable on the floor.
 
Come and spend an hour with me as I keep you within your comfort level and get the body moving, breathing and connecting it back to yourself.
